Job Description
Infosys is seeking a LeadSplunk Developer.
This positions primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and coordinate for daytoday deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will assist in the technical design of large business systems; builds applications interfaces between applications understands data security retention and recovery. The role holder should be able to research on technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions & should contribute to technologyspecific best practices & standards; contribute to success criteria from design through deployment including reliability costeffectiveness performance data integrity maintainability and scalability; contributes expertise on significant application components program languages databases operating systems etc. and guides/mentors the team during the build and test phases.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richmond VA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

RequiredQualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
- Experience in Splunk
- Experience in Production Support
- Experience working in monitoring tools
- At least 4 years of experience in Splunk and Dynatrace with experience in maintaining and enhancing Javabased applications ensuring their optimal performance and utilizing monitoring tools for proactive issue resolution.
- Experience inutilizingSplunk and Dynatrace to monitor application performance identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations.
- Experience in maintaining comprehensive documentation of support processes configurations and troubleshooting procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity.
- Ability to analyze complex issues identify root causes and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience in other monitoring and logging tools such as AppDynamics New Relic or ELK stack is a plus
- Experience with cloud services like AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience in scripting languages (e.g. Python Shell) for automation purposes
