Who We Are Looking For

Reporting to the HR Talent Team the Human Resources Intern will serve as a resource to the HR Talent HR Learning and Talent Acquisition teams at Clearway. The primary purpose is to gain knowledge and handson experience of core HR functions and provide support to the applicable teams and the business.

This position is part of the 10week Summer Internship Program at Clearway Energy Group beginning in June 2025.

We are looking for students pursuing their bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Throughout this summer internship program youll get exposure to real projects and challenges while gaining firsthand professional experience. At Clearway youll gain access to an innovative and fastpaced work environment. Youll also participate in networking and learning events with your fellow intern cohort.

This hybrid position can be based in San Francisco Scottsdale or our Houston office.

What Youll Be Doing

The Human Resources Intern primary responsibilities will include:

• Provide primary support to the HR Talent team partner with the Talent Acquisition team and across the business in a clientfacing role
• Assist in the recruiting process by providing frontend assistance with sourcing scheduling interviews assisting with offers and maintaining the email inbox.
• Assist with moderately complex HR activities including preparation of reports developing metrics supporting programs (e.g. diversity & inclusion performance reviews etc. and other projects as needed
• Provide positive customer service by responding to employees and managers on trainingrelated questions. .
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality professionalism integrity respect and teamwork in all matters.
• Assist with special projects as assigned

What Youll Bring

• Uphold standards of discretion and confidentiality as well as exercise good judgment and integrity in daytoday decisions.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment with a handson team player approach and experience dealing with complex administrative tasks.
• Strong ability in the MS Office Suite (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint and SharePoint).
• Experience with HR Databases HRIS Systems and Talent systems preferably Kronos SalesForce and Lumesse TalentLink a plus.
• Attention to detail time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously bias for action and deliver results.
• A positive attitude highly motivated and the ability to maintain a culture that is based on teamwork respect and integrity.

What Would Be Nice
