Job Description

The Lean Logistics Specialist is responsible for optimizing supply chain and logistics processes using Lean principles. This role focuses on reducing waste improving efficiency and ensuring smooth material flow while maintaining costeffectiveness and highquality service.

What youll do

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze logistics and supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies and waste.
  • Implement Lean methodologies such as JustinTime (JIT) Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to streamline processes.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance inventory management transportation and warehousing.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics team.

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead times transportation costs and inventory turnover.
  • Use datadriven insights to recommend and implement process improvements.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with suppliers carriers and internal teams to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Train employees on Lean practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

ProblemSolving & Cost Reduction:

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve logistics flow.
  • Reduce logistics costs without compromising service quality.

What youll bring

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in logistics software/tools.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
