ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Masters of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as an Occupational Therapist.

The Role:

As an Occupational Therapist at Starfish Therapies youll work in our clinic setting and via telehealth supporting children through both the early intervention and medical models of care. Youll play a vital role in helping children gain independence and function in their daily lives all while engaging with families in a collaborative supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations

  • Develop and implement individualized playbased treatment plans

  • Provide ongoing therapy services in the clinic and via telehealth

  • Collaborate with caregivers educators and team members

  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of all sessions and assessments

  • Participate in team meetings professional development and program growth

  • Contribute to education and support efforts for families and caregivers

  • Mentor students when eligible and interested

Qualifications:

  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Valid (or eligible) California OT license

  • CPR Certification and current TB Test

  • AOTA membership preferred
