Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of Salesforce development projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform excellent project management skills and a proven ability to manage crossfunctional teams and stakeholders in a fastpaced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage endtoend Salesforce project implementations from initiation through delivery. Collaborate with product owners technical architects Salesforce developers and QA teams to define project scope timelines and deliverables. Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and user requirements. Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives. Maintain and track project plans budgets resource allocations risks and issue logs. Proactively manage changes in scope identify potential risks and develop contingency plans. Communicate project status clearly and consistently to stakeholders at all levels. Facilitate strong team collaboration and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track. Required
What youll bring with You:
Qualifications:
Skills & Qualifications: 58 years of experience in technical project management preferably in a Salesforce development environment. Proven experience managing Agile projects involving custom Salesforce implementations. Good understanding of Salesforce architecture capabilities and common development practices (Apex LWC integrations). Experience working with Jira Confluence and other Agile project management tools. Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills. Ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders and bridge the gap between them. PMP PMIACP or Scrum Master certification preferred. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field. Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Platform App Builder). Prior experience with largescale digital transformation or CRM modernization projects. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes for Salesforce.
