Department: Eastern Region Sales

Locations: Montreal Quebec Or Mississauga Ontario

Pay: Canadian dollars

What we are looking for: Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual French and English)

What you will do:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders in a timely manner
  • Enter orders in SAP
  • Follow up with customers
  • Update customers on backorder status
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Process returns credits and debits
  • Provide backup support to the primary Dispatcher for Eastern region
  • Provide backup support to the primary Parts Sales Coordinator in Eastern region
  • Maintain our customer database in CRM
  • Other duties as required

Skills:

  • Strong customer relationship management and communications skills
  • Outstanding inside or indirect selling of commercial products recognized for selling skills
  • Capable to work in both French and English
  • Organized and detailed oriented; strong follow through
  • Capable of managing in and customer ordering systems

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management and selling B2B commercial products.
  • High School graduate plus relevant college or university certificate
  • Experience in printing equipment or supplies industries would be an advantage.

Ce que nous recherchons: Inside Sales Representative (bilingue franais et anglais)

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Recevoir et traiter les commandes des clients en temps opportun
  • Entrez des commandes dans SAP
  • Suivi auprs des clients
  • Mettre jour les clients sur ltat de la commande en attente
  • Rsoudre les problmes des clients
  • Traiter les retours les crdits et les dbits
  • Fournir un soutien de soutien au rpartiteur principal pour la rgion de lEst
  • Fournir un soutien de soutien au coordonnateur principal des ventes de pices dans la rgion de lEst
  • Maintenir notre base de donnes clients dans CRM
  • Autres tches selon les besoins

Comptences :

  • Solides comptences en gestion de la relation client et en communication
  • Vente interne ou indirecte exceptionnelle de produits commerciaux reconnu pour ses comptences en matire de vente
  • Capable de travailler en franais et en anglais
  • Organis et dtaill orient; suivi solide
  • Capable de grer dans et les systmes de commande des clients

tudes et exprience :

  • Minimum de 2 ans dexprience dans la gestion de la relation client et la vente de produits commerciaux B2B.
  • Diplme dtudes secondaires plus certificat collgial ou universitaire pertinent
  • Une exprience dans les industries de lquipement ou des fournitures dimpression serait un avantage.
