Job Description
Keystone Urgent Care Catherine Street
Front Office Staff PartTime 36 hours weekly)
Keystone Urgent Care is a fastpaced health center seeking Front Office Staff to join our team and help improve the wellness of our neighbors.
Our Urgent Care is open 7 days a week Sunday Saturday and closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Responsible for performing all duties associated in the front office which include but are not limited to the following duties: check in/out verifying insurance collecting copays ensuring forms are filled out and answering phones and directing calls as needed. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills a strong ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Previous medical office setting experience strongly preferred.
Spanishspeaking skills are a plus.
