The Opportunity
Structured Content is at the heart of the engines powering the new age Experiences such as Chatbots Voice Based Devices Fluid and OmniChannel content delivery. In Technical Communication group of Adobe we are developing a new age Component Content Management System which powers the journey of Structured Content for large enterprises. Scale and efficiency are key here. Millions of documents are published regularly to multiple platforms and channels across the industry using this solution. We have a strong vision and we are looking for a highly motivated technically driven and hands on leader to realize it for our product.
About the Team:
AEM Guides is a new age technology CCMS. It is used by Fortune500 companies which publish millions of documents regularly using this product. It is a unique opportunity to work in a startup like environment within a large organization where all product functions collaborate closely with the business counterparts and with the large enterprise customers. Given the enterprise business domain and the startup nature of the team we are growing fast and scaling the product scope and customer base at a very rapid pace.
Roles & Responsibilities:
This is an individual contributor position. Expectations will be on the below lines:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to determine key interfaces for your projects and build them with agility.
- Successfully implement complex ML based solutions using Natural Language Processing (NLP) Generative AI Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Transformer architectures to optimize Adobes products and services.
- Develop evaluate and deploy scalable ML models into production.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of ML models making necessary adjustments to compete at the highest level.
- Consistently follow industry standard methodologies in software engineering ensuring code of high quality and flawless performance.
- Drive innovation through research and experimentation encouraging an environment where new ideas can thrive.
- Bring innovative ideas based on the latest technological breakthroughs to build solutions and solve problems.
- Apply data analysis and mining using frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark to build insights for product roadmap.
- Build reliable and scalable data processing pipelines using best of the data engineering practices.
- Do analysis and present key findings insights and concepts to key influencers and leaders.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- A masters degree or equivalent experience in Machine Learning.
- Total 10 years: 5 years of industry experience in ML with a proven record of designing implementing and delivering highquality AI and ML software solutions AND 5 years of industry experience in software engineering and data engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Python Python based ML and Data Science frameworks with fluency in at least one machine learning framework such as PyTorch TensorFlow or and Scikitlearn.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and Java
- Knowledge and practice of ML Ops.
- Experience working with both research and product teams.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative inclusive and diverse workplace embracing different perspectives and ideas.
- Strong curiosity about staying ahead of the curve by familiarizing yourself with the latest and the best in the technological landscape and turning them into effective solutions for our customers.
- Ability to build consensus & drive decisions in ambiguous scenarios
- Excellent work ethics and highly motivated
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (interpersonal and clientfacing)
- Ability to manage systems development scope and changes in the context of the business environment.
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
