Bethel School District is seeking appropriately licensed candidates for two 1.0 FTE Speech Language Pathologist position for the 202526 school year (control #s 7279 & 7280.
Speech/Language Pathology duties include but are not limited to:
- Observe screen and evaluate students to determine current level of performance to determine eligibility for services.
- Prepare evaluation reports and participate in drafting individual education program (IEP) goals and objectives.
- Provide case management for students eligible for special education including following all state and federal requirements.
- Provide direct therapy and instruction to students including analyzing reviewing and revising student progress communicating with teachers and parents and preparing classroom for instruction.
- Develop select and implement direct indirect and consultative services based on individual assessment results and planning intervention goals.
- Participate as a team member in support of students who qualify for special education including behavior support planning.
- Establish and maintain intervention schedules for the schools and children with IEP and service plans.

Minimum qualifications:
- Possess an Oregon Speech Language Pathology License by start of the school year
- Ability to implement Culturally Proficient skills and strategies
- Successfully pass fingerprinting criminal Oregon Department of Education and background checks
