The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and motivated Quantitative Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of advanced financial modeling tools and systems.

As a Quantitative Developer youll have the opportunity to both learn and lead by designing developing and optimizing quantitative models and trading algorithms. You will play a key role in creating endtoend desktop and webbased applications building robust computational infrastructure and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to support valuation trading risk management and portfolio construction.

Youll have the opportunity to learn and lead:

• Design develop and maintain quantitative models and tools to support valuation trading risk management predictive analytics and portfolio construction treating every detail with care and precision as if it were your own.
• Stay curious and engaged with emerging trends in Quantitative Finance and Systematic Trading. Challenge the status quo by identifying new methods and tools to tackle complex and evolving problems.
• Build and support endtoend desktop and webbased applications from requirements gathering to delivering robust highperforming solutions.
• Enhance and maintain computational and database infrastructure that powers our risk management and trading activities ensuring operational excellence and a high standard of performance.
• Engage with Portfolio Managers Traders and crossfunctional partners regularly actively listening to understand arising needs and collaborating to cocreate innovative solutions.
• Provide timely and effective adhoc analysis and computational support demonstrating responsiveness accountability and commitment.

What were looking for

• A degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics Computer Science Physics or Statistics (MSc or PhD considered a strong asset).
• A solid understanding of linear algebra calculus differential equations and numerical methods is essential; familiarity with stochastic calculus is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL C# and the .NET framework is required; experience with Python and web programming is an asset.
• Previous experience in financial services is helpful but not required we value diverse backgrounds and unconventional paths.
• Exceptional problemsolving skills intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to foster open respectful dialogue.
• Thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment demonstrating resilience adaptability and an entrepreneurial spirit.
