Job Description

Design simulate and verify analog/mixedsignal and/or highspeed custom circuits in Logic die of HBM chip. Collaborate with cross site design and verification team members contributing to Fullchip integration and simulation. Perform Fullchip analysis and optimization of HBM power performance and reliability with parasitic and behavioral modeling using industrystandard simulators. Support silicon bringup characterization and debug activities. Contribute to crossgroup communication to work towards standardization and group success.
Employer will accept a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Position requires:
1. Mixedsignal verification;
2. Digital design principles techniques and standard methodologies;
3. RTL design language: Verilog or system Verilog;
4. Computer architecture and memory design and concept: SRAM design DFT/ATPG/MBIST;
5. Using Cadence design tools including Virtuoso;
6. Schematic entry and simulation using NCVerilog Finesim or Hspice;
7. Python language;
8. Designing chip layout circuits circuit checking documenting specifications modifying and evaluating semiconductor devices and components;
9. Reviewing product requirements and logic diagrams for device definition;
10. Designing fabricating modifying and evaluating semiconductor logic cells and modules.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology Inc. estimates it could pay for this fulltime position is $120501.00 $146500 per Year.
