Job Description
Do you have a passion for interacting with the public and creating a welcoming environment We are seeking enthusiastic Model Home Hosts for several local communities in the Austin area. If you enjoy engaging with visitors and presenting a professional image this position is perfect for you!
As a Model Home Host you will play a key role in providing a positive experience for visitors and ensuring that our model homes are wellmaintained. Your role will include greeting guests managing communications and handling various administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor ensuring they feel valued and at ease.
- Answer phones and take detailed messages directing inquiries to the appropriate team members as needed.
- Present yourself in a professional manner both in behavior and dress reflecting the high standards of the company.
- Direct guests to complete comment cards and gather valuable feedback.
- Take notes on guest feedback and relay this information to the sales team to help improve their services.
- Ensure that the building is opened and closed on time maintaining a secure and orderly environment.
