For a client in the renewable energy sector based in Berlin were currently looking for a:
Asset Manager (all genders)

Your Role
Are you excited about working at the intersection of finance and sustainability In this role youll:
Track and monitor the performance of multiple financed residential heating system portfolios.
Collaborate across departments to support reporting and lender relationships.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and lenders to secure debt financing.
Update and develop financial models to assess portfolio performance.
Handle operational financing tasks such as managing drawdowns and repayments.
Work crossfunctionally to support business operations related to financed heating systems.
What You Bring
Were looking for a resultsdriven problem solver with:
4 years of experience in corporate finance (debtfocused) operational finance or a related field.
Strong financial modeling skills including debt modeling and 3statement forecasting.
Excellent written communication for internal and external reporting.
A proactive gogetter attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite for efficient daily work.
Fluent German (C1 and solid English (B2 or higher) to navigate our international environment.
