Could you be the fulltime onsite Industrial Engineer for P&CRO in New Castle DE US were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive industrial engineering expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside dedicated collaborative and innovative teammates. Youll lead the way to a low carbon future contributing significantly to the sustainability of transportation systems. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering Supply Chain Production) define and implement industrial processes and documentation and much more.
Well look to you for:
Always ensure Railway Safety and EHS standards are respected
Understand and support the implementation of Alstom production standards related to Industrial Roadmap
Lead the industrialization of technical documentation respecting the Standard Manufacturing Process & Standard Manufacturing Line guidelines footprint
Elaborate the required industrial deliverables: Macroprocess Work Instructions implantation of the workstations Bill of Material Task Sequence and/or Standard Operations Sheet Work Instructions Method times definitive Layouts
Elaborate the specification of requirements for the Industrial means and tools in particular relating to Infrastructure Tools and Capex
Design the tool or subcontract the tooling design activities
Set up Bill of Material Routings or Task list in the ERP and ensure production work order generation
Support Sourcing during supplier selection
Analyze the need for tooling and propose the adequate solutions
Validate the Operations tooling during First Article Inspection including operating procedures inspection and maintenance procedure calibration requirement
