Position Summary:
The Med/Surg RN will provide direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment planning implementation and evaluation. This position will meet the physical psychosocial religious/cultural and needs of the patient and family and will communicate effectively with all members of the health care team as appropriate about changes in the patients condition or response to treatment.

Minimum Qualifications
Required Education:
Associate degree is required.Bachelors degree is preferred.
Required License:
Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required (or compact state)
Required Certification:
American Heart Association BLS required
Other:
1 year of RN experience is required
