Position Overview
The Nielsen College of Businessat Charleston Southern University invites applications for an Assistant Professorposition. Charleston Southern University seeks candidates for faculty positions who are professing Christians and who are committed to excellence in teaching and service. They should support the goals of a strong liberal arts education and be willing to explore with students the integration of faith and learning.
Key Responsibilities
The teaching load will include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in a traditional format and may include teaching graduate courses in an online format. Faculty members are also called upon to participate in academic advising serve on committees and engage in service and scholarly activities.

Qualifications: An earned doctorate (Ph.D. or DBA) in a field of business administration from a regionally accredited institution or ABD status with strong likelihood of finishing a doctoral program within 6 months of hire. Candidates should have teaching and research capability in one or more areas of Marketing Management Management Information Systems Operations Management or Supply Chain Management. We will give preference to qualified candidates who also have prior teaching experience with demonstrated effectiveness in undergraduate and graduate instruction.
