About Us:
Located in the heart of beautiful Holly Hill Florida Pictona is more than just a pickleball facility. We are a community hub where players of all ages and skill levels come together to enjoy the sport they love. Our onsite restaurant serves up a variety of fresh and flavorful dishes making Pictona not just a place to play pickleball but also a culinary destination. We also operate a concession stand called The Depot. The Depot is open during tournaments and special events.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing dishes according to our menu
Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a highvolume restaurant
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes
Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
