Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement mining plans and schedules to meet production targets
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all personnel and contractors
- adhering to safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor production performance identify bottlenecks and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Manage the drilling load and haul and MRM sections to achieve production requirements.
- Mining production and mineral resource services
- Mine planning production
- Oversees all aspects of a mines operational activities ensuring efficient and safe extraction of minerals
- Manage teams budgets and projects
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Grade 12
- Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering
- GCC Mine Managers Certificate
- Blasting Certificate Opencast
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the Mining Industry
