Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Wills & Estates lawyer to join our Newcastle office. Working closely with the Partner a strong leader in the field) you will take on a diverse range of matters including contested wills estate litigation and estate planning. This role is ideal for someone who has established themselves in Wills & Estates law and is ready to advance their career within a national law firm.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
To be considered for this role you must have:
- A valid NSW Practising Certificate (essential)
- At least 4 years PQE in Wills & Estates law with a solid background in managing your own files
- Experience in contested estate matters and an understanding of related legislation
- The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Empathy and a professional approach when dealing with clients and their situations
- A commitment to achieving the best outcomes for your clients and resolving issues efficiently while securing positive results.
