Description

Drive sales through personalized wireless solutions and customer education.

Premium Retail Services operates in more than 1200 retail supercenter locations across North America with a dedicated sales team of more than 3000 Wireless Sales Pros. We are currently seeking a Full Time District Manager to join our team.

Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory but you must be driven to learn. We will teach you everything you need to know about wirelessplans services devices and promotions through ongoing instore as well as online training.



Responsibilities

What will you do

  • Conduct regular field visits and maintain a high visible presence within the district to ensure excellence while motivating and leading your district team to success.
  • Drive recruitment initiatives to retain top talent by developing leading and mentoring a highperforming team of Sales Managers.
  • Analyze performance data to overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities while spearheading operational in scheduling inventory cash control and merchandising efforts.
  • Present recommendations to senior leadership based on market intelligence while establishing strong business relationships with store managers.
  • Embody a customercentric mentality using sound ethical considerations to guide decisions being resultsdriven and looking at the big picture while providing support where it matters mostshoulder to shoulder with your team in your stores.

Qualifications

If you meet these qualifications wed love to meet you:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Possess five years of management experience in the wireless industry or retail sales environment.
  • Three years of critical multilocation management experience.
