Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews: Assess candidates deeply uncovering their technical skills and potential.
• Design and review test assignments: Create comprehensive tests that evaluate key technical abilities while staying aligned with industry standards.
• Develop technical assessment process: Establish structured methodologies for technical evaluations ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Provide detailed feedback: Offer thoughtful and insightful evaluations of candidates to support informed hiring decisions.
• Candidate flow management: Strategically match candidates to current or future roles based on their capabilities and potential.
• Knowledge exchange: Use interviews as a twoway learning opportunity to broaden your own technical knowledge by exploring innovative ideas and perspectives shared by candidates.
• Stay current with the industry: Follow technological trends explore new developments and continuously refine hiring practices to align with evolving needs.

Qualifications and skills:

• Diverse programming experience: Proven ability to work with multiple languages (e.g. PHP C C Java JavaScript Angular SQL).
• Technical curiosity: Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and understanding how they fit within different workflows.
• Strong testing and evaluation skills: Expertise in designing and assessing technical tests to ensure relevance and quality.
• Analytical mindset: Ability to evaluate skills and determine bestfit roles for candidates.
• Excellent communication skills: Confidently interact with candidates providing clear assessments and constructive feedback.
• Passion for mentorship: Interest in empowering others by sharing knowledge and insights.
