We are now looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Customer Service team supporting the sale and supply of Evac spare parts.
In this role youll be a key point of contact for our customers ensuring their spare part needs are handled efficiently accurately and with a service mindset. Youll work closely with our global customers and internal teams to coordinate the quoting processing and delivery of spare parts.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for spare part sales to key customers
- Prepare and deliver quotations and process customer purchase orders
- Communicate closely with internal teams across the service organization
- Ensure continuous customer engagement and timely followup
- Maintain accurate records and proactively manage customer requests
What Were Looking For

- 12 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Strong organizational communication and problemsolving skills
- Proactive solutionoriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to stay consistent and accurate in routine tasks
- Understanding of supply chain and customer service processes
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
