Job Description
At Ascom were revolutionizing healthcare through innovative ICT and mobile workflow solutions. Our Swissbased legacy spans over 160 years operating in 19 countries with technology used in 12000 hospitals worldwideprocessing 800 million alerts each year. Were now looking for a Sustainability Data Specialist 50 to help shape a healthier more sustainable planet.
What Youll Do
- Drive impactful sustainability initiatives across our global operations.
- Improve sustainability data quality and monitoring. Analyze KPIs and report progress to senior management.
- Collaborate with teams across R&D Supply Chain HR Finance and Product Management to enhance performance and reduce our environmental footprint.
- Support CSRD/ESRS reporting (Ascom Netherlands) contribute to SBTi validation and complete ESG ratings (e.g. EcoVadis CDP).
- Cohost workshops with senior leaders aligning business functions with our longterm sustainability goals.
- Monitor evolving regulations and trends and support the creation of impactful contentfrom sustainability reports to corporate policies.
What You Bring
- Background in Environmental Science Emissions Calculations or related fields. Familiarity with GRI CSRD standards and sustainability data management tools.
- Experience in global companies working with senior leadership. Strong project management data reporting and ESG documentation skills.
- Expert in Microsoft Office and ESG reporting tools.
- Strategic thinker datasavvy and highly collaborative. Comfortable navigating diverse teams and global contexts.
