Job Description
We re looking for a highperforming Sales Manager to lead train and optimize a growing sales team. This role is critical in helping increase unit conversions and scale operations. If you re a natural leader with a proven track record in sales and a passion for coaching others to success we d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Train manage and motivate a remote sales team to achieve and exceed KPIs
Develop sales processes scripts and training materials
Analyze team performance and provide actionable feedback
Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with business goals
Regularly report on sales metrics and progress toward targets
Foster a culture of accountability motivation and results
Qualifications
3 years in a sales leadership role (Sales Manager Director or Head of Sales)
Strong coaching and communication skills
Comfortable working in a remote fastpaced environment
Typing speed of 50 WPM
British or Afrikaans accent preferred (for team/client communication alignment)
Proven ability to drive sales growth and team performance
