Your Job

As a Commercial Legal Counsel you will be directly reporting to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) who is establishing the legal function at Sparteo. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and an entrepreneurial spirit with the goal of growing within the position and contributing to the structuring of Sparteos legal department.

To specify

• Contract Management

  • Draft review and negotiate various commercial contracts independently.

  • Ensure contract compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline our contractual process by improving efficiency and reliability.

  • Implement a datadriven approach to monitor the contract database and provide management with key contractual data points.

  • Update contract templates and internal procedures based on legal developments.

• Legal Advice and Risk Management

  • Provide strategic legal advice to internal teams minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency.

  • Identify and assess potential legal risks using advanced data analysis.

  • Implement procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

• Dispute Resolution

  • Assist in managing contractual disputes and collaborate with external lawyers if necessary.

  • Participate in conflict resolution to proactively update our templates based on dispute resolution experience.

Your profile for this job

• 5 years of experience as a legal commercial specialist in the tech sector experience in an Ad Tech or in the digital Ad industry is a strong plus
• Proven ability to manage contract negotiations autonomously.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on autonomy and initiative.
• Datadriven and performanceoriented approach.
• Agile and pragmatic problemsolver in a dynamic environment.
