Job Description
Position : Customer Service Representative
Work Hours (Client) : Monday to Friday 8am 4pm UK time Fulltime
Pay Range : $1000 $1400 USD/month
Location of Search : South Africa or Philippines

Duties and Responsibilities:
Our client is growing fast and looking for a Customer Service superstar to join our global team and support our UK market. If youre a Shopifysavvy problemsolver with a passion for ecommerce and toptier service this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service inquiries across email and social media platforms ensuring responses are timely empathetic and accurate.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while adhering to the brand s tone and communication guidelines.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to orders deliveries product information returns and more.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately and collaborate with internal teams to ensure resolution.
- Identify and flag recurring issues to help improve customer experience and internal processes.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions to deliver informed assistance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (advantageous)
Experience: 2 years of experience related to the role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support preferably with international ecommerce brands.
- Shopify platform experience is nonnegotiable. You must be comfortable navigating Shopify to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Strong written English communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically.
- Dependable remote work setup including a reliable internet connection and a quiet distractionfree workspace.
