Composite Fabricator Aerospace / Marine / Auto Experience Preferred
- Location: Fort Lauderdale FL
- Shift: First Shift MondayFriday

Do you have handson experience working with composite materials fiberglass layup or part assembly Join Dayton Granger Inc. (DG) a trusted aerospace manufacturer with 81 years of success as a Composite Fabricator.
Located just minutes from the beach DG builds critical aircraft componentsincluding antennas lightning protection systems and electrostatic dischargersfor commercial military and general aviation.
Were looking for a detailoriented individual whos familiar with fiberglass prep layup deflashing and tooling. If youve worked in aerospace marine or automotive composite fabrication this is a great opportunity to grow in a stable teamdriven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform composite layup and material prep
-
Cut prep load and unload molds and tools in ovens heat presses or autoclaves
-
Assemble a variety of simple to complex composite parts
-
Deflash sand and trim small parts to meet precise standards

Maintain production logs and label materials for accurate tracking
-
Follow all safety quality and workmanship standards

Assist with maintaining tools molds fixtures and composite equipment

Complete other duties as assigned by management
What Youll Need:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Strong handeye coordination and fine motor skills
-
Ability to lift and push up to 25 lbs
-
Clear understanding of blueprints and written instructions
-
Familiarity with mechanical and bonding assembly techniques
-
Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
-
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight tolerances
