Duties:- Manage the commissioning process on various inhouse small to medium sized projects
- Perform Commissioning design reviews submittal reviews and closeout document reviews
- Create prefunctioning and functional checklists and commissioning plans
- Conduct Commissioning meetings and managing the commissioning process for assigned projects
- Perform field observations and functional testing
- Document and track test results on issue resolution logs
- Create commissioning deliverables such as final commissioning reports
- Assist in the review and development of staff training and continuing education opportunities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Project Manager of Commissioning
Minimum RequirementsExperience:- Eight 8 years full time paid professional experience in commissioning
- Working knowledge of building code CHPS and commissioning requirements
- ANSI commissioning certification (CxA CxT BCxP Certified Commissioning Professional)
- Extensive knowledge of building mechanical electrical and plumbing systems
Education:- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelors degree preferably inmechanical or electrical engineering architecture or construction management
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in design or construction management with a focus on mechanical systems
- EngineerInTraining Certification or valid CA Professional Engineering License
- Industry recognized energy management certification
Salary dependent on education and experience. Salary range: $125K$145K
