You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe University of Iowa Health Care department of Safety and Security is seeking a Clerk II to perform work related to visitor management and access control. Duties will involve the use of EPIC computer terminals access control software and usage of conventional office equipment. This position will be located within the department of safety and security with a few days a week working on access control for the main campus hospital which the duties include assisting in managing user access and ensuring only authorized individuals are granted access to certain areas. The other days will be working on visitor management at the entrances to the hospital with the main responsibilities being checking in visitors assisting with wayfinding as necessary deescalating situations with patients and visitors and ensuring all entrance operations are running smoothly.

Benefits Highlights:
Any combination of clerical office experience undergraduate education and/or post high school clerical training that is equivalent to one year of fulltime employment
Desired Qualifications
Experience training managing and providing feedback to staff
Experience using Epic
Experience with Access control
j Knowledge of UI Health Care policies procedures and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in computer software applications
Demonstrated high attention to detail and problemsolving skills
