Matchwell is hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for one of our Skilled Nursing partners in Verona PA! See below for full details and benefits.
Salary Range: $39/hr
Schedule:Flexible PRN or Block
Position Requirements:
- Current and active PA LPN Certification
- Current Tuberculosis screening
- Hepatitis B Influenza and COVID vaccinations or approved exemptions
- Background and Drug Screening
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and chart patients medical history and maintain complete records.
- Monitor patients conditions and response to care plan reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients care plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
