Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds ensuring integration with other enterprise systems and managing deployments. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that the architecture aligns with business goals and delivers a scalable secure and highperformance Salesforce environment.

  • Salesforce Architecture & Design: Design and implement endtoend Salesforce solutions across various Salesforce editions and clouds (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud). Ensure the architecture is scalable maintainable and optimized for performance.

  • Sales Cloud Expertise:

    • Lead the implementation of Lead Management and Opportunity Management processes ensuring seamless tracking and conversion of leads to opportunities.
  • Service Cloud Expertise:

    • Design and configure Case Management solutions enabling efficient case resolution workflows.
    • Implement OmniChannel Routing to ensure efficient case routing and assignment for agents across multiple channels.
  • Experience Cloud:

    • Lead the development of Digital Platforms using Experience Cloud enabling customerfacing solutions such as portals communities and partner engagement platforms.
  • Salesforce Integrations:

    • Lead and oversee integration projects between Salesforce and thirdparty systems using various integration techniques (e.g. REST SOAP middleware and custom API integrations).
  • Salesforce Licensing & Editions:

    • Understand and advise on Salesforce Licenses and Editions (e.g. Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud) to ensure the most costeffective and appropriate solution for business needs.
  • Salesforce Deployments:

    • Oversee the deployment process using Jenkins and other tools to automate deployment pipelines ensuring that releases are seamless and errorfree across environments.
  • Technical Leadership & Collaboration:

    • Provide technical leadership to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and Salesforce development standards.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Lead code reviews troubleshooting and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

    • Stay updated with Salesforces latest features and best practices ensuring our Salesforce platform is always evolving and leveraging the latest innovations.


Requirements

  • Salesforce Technical Architect Experience: At least 5 years of handson experience in Salesforce development configuration and architecture with a focus on the full Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud).

  • Sales Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with Lead Management Opportunity Management and optimizing sales processes using Salesforce.

  • Service Cloud Expertise: Indepth knowledge of Case Management processes OmniChannel Routing and automation within the Service Cloud.

  • Experience Cloud: Strong experience with building and deploying Digital Platforms using Experience Cloud for customerfacing solutions.

  • Salesforce Integration Knowledge: Proficient in integrating Salesforce with external systems leveraging tools like REST/SOAP APIs middleware and custom integrations.

  • Salesforce Licenses & Editions: Expertise in Salesforce Licensing and the ability to recommend the right Salesforce Editions based on business requirements.

  • Deployment & Automation: Handson experience with Jenkins for automating deployments and managing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

  • Certifications:

    • Salesforce Technical Architect certification or advanced certifications in Salesforce development/architecture (e.g. Salesforce Certified Application Architect Platform Developer II.
  • ProblemSolving & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex requirements troubleshoot issues and propose efficient solutions.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead teams mentor junior developers and collaborate crossfunctionally with various business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Jenkins in a Salesforce environment specifically for deployment automation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DX and modern deployment strategies for Salesforce environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
