Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech. Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking applicants for a 2nd Shift Demount Assembler responsible for inspecting soldering mounting and demounting of products according to the required specifications.
Job Location:
Vishay Thin Film is located in Niagara Falls NY. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the worldfamous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!
What you will be doing:
- Using a microscope to inspect parts for defects.
- Coating parts with solder using solder pots.
- Mounting parts to carrier plates using a temporary adhesive.
- Demounting and cleaning parts.
- Recording necessary information in logbooks and Dynamics Elogs.
- Perform final assembly including stamping value onto parts.
What you will bring along:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to read write and interpret production documents.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition subtraction multiplication and division.
- Ability to sit for an extended period.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to do light lifting.
Pay Range:
- $16 $18 per hour
