About the Role:

What youll deliver:

• Work to team plan & deliver your tasks ontime & within budget
  
• Evaluate your work progress to the plan and make required course corrections
  
• Guide the conceptualization and design of new aircraft or modifications to existing ones
  
• Guide aerodynamic analysis to ensure optimal performance stability and control of the aircraft
  
• Guide structural integrity durability and safety through finite element analysis (FEA) and stress testing.
  
• Guide and ensure seamless interaction and compatibility between subsystems.
  
• Stay Updated on advancements in composite materials and their applications.
  
• Support swift resolution of nonconformance to minimise impact on project objectives
  
• Guide fellow team members to deliver right first time & on time in full
  
• Understand project goals and objectives and complete your task within budget
  
• Support development of standard operating procedures (SOP) and best practices
  
• Follow functions performance and improvement processes in your work
  
• Implement lean & 5S visual work environment principles in processes
  
• Align your work to meet your KPIs to achieve your growth goals
  
• Support internal audit & evaluate KPI trend and implement required course corrections
  
• Support onboarding of new team members
  
• Refine learning material & lead discussion forums

What youll need:

• 6 years of total working experience in related domain
  
• Indepth domain knowledge & competency gained at an education institution or selflearnt
  
• Refined Knowledge and competency to liaise with certification authorities throughout the design and testing phases.
  
• Refined Knowledge and competency to Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and feasibility.
  
• Refined Knowledge and competency to Identify potential risks associated with the design manufacturing and operation of the aircraft
  
• Refined Knowledge and competency Maintain accurate records of design iterations decisions and project milestones.
  
• Refined Knowledge & Competency of GD&T fits and tolerances aerospace materials manufacturing processes & treatments
  
• Refined knowledge & competency of quality management systems and ISO9001/AS9100 standards
  
• Refined understanding & competency of lean & six sigma principles
  
• Refined knowledge & competency of engineering fundamentals and emerging technologies
  
• Refined knowledge & competency of risk identification and its management and mitigation actions
