Senior Manager Internal Communications

Xometry is looking for a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to support internal communications strategy and across our U.S. business. This highly visible role is critical to informing engaging and inspiring our employeesand ensuring alignment across teams and leaders as we scale.

As part of a small but mighty Communications team within the broader Marketing function youll work closely with our Head of Communications and have direct access to the CEO CHRO and other executive leaders. Youll help shape company culture through clear consistent and compelling communicationand support efforts that connect employees to our mission values and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and of internal communications strategy in partnership with the Head of Communications and CHROensuring alignment with business priorities and cultural values.
• Serve as a communications partner to senior executivesparticularly the CEO and CHROsupporting town halls employee emails change communications and more.
• Write and edit highquality content across multiple internal channels (email Slack video etc..
• Drive messaging and content for key internal events and milestonesand help organize project manage and execute these initiatives in close coordination with executive and functional teams.
• Manage the internal editorial calendar and coordinate across teams to ensure message consistency and timing.
• Partner with HR on employer branding initiatives and support company storytelling on internal and external platforms.
• Bring creative approaches to increase employee engagement and information flowespecially in a hybrid work environment.
• Contribute to broader communications priorities as needed including supporting crossfunctional projects agency collaboration and organic social media.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in internal or corporate communications with time spent in midsized or larger organizations.
• Proven ability to work directly with Csuite leaders and influence messaging at the highest levels.
• Exceptional writing editing and storytelling skillsable to craft clear compelling narratives for diverse employee audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; thrives on structure and deadlines.
• Experience with employer branding and internal brand advocacy.
• Bonus: Experience managing organic social media channels or contributing to externalfacing content.
• Strategic thinker and creative problemsolver with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly across teams.
• High degree of professionalism emotional intelligence and discretion.
