POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Auxiliary Programs is responsible for the strategic planning administration management and supervision of the auxiliary programs department including lunch service programs before and aftercare programs afterschool enrichment programs school year and summer camps and Saturday classes (program to be developed) for all is a strategic and innovative position focused on shaping the expansion and future of auxiliary programs to advance the mission of the school and generate additional revenue for Rochambeau.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designandimplementamultiyearstrategicplanforsummerandauxiliaryprogramstoachieveschoolgoalsandtake better advantage of Rochambeaus facilities;
- Generateauxiliarynetrevenuethroughefficienciesandnewprogramdevelopment;
- Develop implement oversee and manage all auxiliary programs lunch service operations scheduling and logistics.
- Ensure all the auxiliary programs and child care programs meet the requirements from governing authorities (childcare safety protocols health procedures and licensing requirements) and remain in compliance at all times.
- In coordination with Human Resources recruit hire onboard train and supervise all auxiliary programs personnel.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with school directors and key administrators including Facilities & Maintenance Transportation Human Resources Athletics Admissions Technology and Communications.
- Create uniform policies and procedures and outline a strategy for process improvements where needed.
- Prepareannualbudgetcoveringallaspectsofprogramexpensesandrevenueswithafocusonprofitability.
- Negotiate and manage contracts related to programs.
- Commitment to Rochambeaus vision mission values and strategic plan.
- Perform otherdutiesconsistent with the scope and intent of the position.

- Bachelorsdegreeorequivalent;
