6 Months W2 Contract
Chicago IL (Hybrid)
Heres how youll become a key player with this opportunity:
In this role you will assist Deal Operations with general administrative responsibilities including quoting and generating Order Forms. The focus of this role is to partner with Deal Operations as they support Workdays Sales organization from a deal strategy and operational efficiency standpoint. The Deal Analyst (Contractor) is responsible for ensuring accurate pricing clean Order Forms and maintaining operational dashboards.
Heres what youll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; business or technical degree preferred
- 35 years of experience in a customer services role Bright highenergy individual with a passion to learn and contribute Solid computer skills (Excel Word PowerPoint software applications)
- Detailoriented able to keep track of lots of data effectively Able to absorb new concepts and technologies quickly Able to multitask and manage priorities
- Can work in a fast paced dynamic and fun team environment
- Team player who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
- Ability to understand and interpret data from multiple sources
- Passion for customers and customer success
- Demonstrated understanding of strategic sourcing supply chain business management and procurement operations Demonstrated understanding of contract management and document management skills
- Strong analytical business process analysis and problemsolving capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and client / customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highoutput team oriented practical environment
- Ability to work independently prioritize workload and drive team initiatives as assigned
- Sound business judgment with strong crossteam coordination skills
- Critical communication and interpersonal skills detail oriented ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
- Metrics and results oriented
- Microsoft Office 365
- In office requirement minimum of 50 of the time remote flexibility thereafter
$35.00 $40.00/hour
