ABOUT THE SENIOR ACCOUNTANT ROLE:
WIN is looking for a USCertified CPA to lead accounting and financial reporting tax compliance and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience working with USbased companies and a deep understanding of monthly quarterly and annual accounting and financial processes. This is a remote fulltime position based in India working closely with India and US teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee monthend and yearend close ensuring accurate financial reporting reconciliations and compliance with US GAAP.
- Diligently manage monthly accounts receivables and revenue collection.
- Supervise bookkeeping ensuring financial records are accurate and audit ready.
- Perform cost analysis identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for savings.
- Work closely with USbased external tax and audit accounting firms to optimize deductions credits and financial strategies. (Note: No direct tax filing responsibilities.
- Ensure internal financial controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and present financial models forecasts and reports to leadership helping align financial planning with business goals.
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid US CPA license or CPA exams cleared with licensure in progress.
- 5 years of experience in US accounting taxation and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP compliance standards.
- Experience with QuickBooks Xero Sage Intacct or similar accounting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and coordinating across US and India time zones.
