Job Purpose:
Provide excellent fulfillment and stock support for the OMNI & Wooster to maximize regional sales opportunities and assist in stock management and administration for the store.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Operations
Report to the Head of Digital & Third Party and closely work with OMNI Operations & Fulfillment lead to support efficiently dispatching OMNI orders:
Process daily picking across OMNI channels
Package and fulfill orders.
Order packing return processing and stock recovery
Process receivables and goods out reporting any discrepancies to managers.
Action stock movements as requested by Buying & Merchandising or Digital team
Participate in weekly and monthly cycle counts
Receive and dispatch deliveries count stock levels and report any discrepancies to management
Execute all stock movements (Goods In Goods Out Transfers RTVs Damages and Repairs) accurately and in a timely manner
Assists management team with stock take preparation and assists as part of the stock take team
Assists in the preparation and of stores physical inventories and actively participates in resolving inventory discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized stock areas ensuring stock is secure and properly stored

Maintain general product knowledge and stay up to date on new launches and recent training material.

Requirements
Qualified or relevant experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook Teams)
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build partnerships.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish)
Experience using Salesforce WorldShip Manhattan Prima Tulip Aptos
