Overview
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant Needed to Join Growing Healthcare Facility!
Full Time Monday through Friday
No Weekends Evenings or Holidays!
*Must have Indirect PTA License*

Responsibilities
Daytoday responsibilities include:
- Assisting the resident Physical Therapist in all aspects of member therapy and care plan needs
- Providing interventions based on specific needs including therapeutic exercise gait training ambulation and other physical assistance
- Monitoring and documenting treatments and interventions ensuring all members of interdisciplinary teams have access to this vital information
- Updating Plans of Care based on progress and evolving needs
- Identifying areas for individual and group improvements and enhancements and implementing new procedures and processes under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
- Developing group exercise programs for maintenance therapy members
- Aiding in inhome treatment programs including goal setting and exercise plus family and caregiver education
- Assessing progress and determining comprehensive courses of action to improve outcomes or maintain success
- Additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
Candidates must be licensed Physical Therapy Assistants in Pennsylvania and be committed to the coursework/workshops required to maintain licensing. Additionally candidates should have at least one years experience working in a PTA role. A valid Pennsylvania drivers license is also required to be considered for this position.
