Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Java Tech Lead to join our team on a fulltime basis. As the Java Tech Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the development and implementation of Javabased applications. You will work closely with project managers business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Must Have:
- Years of programming experience in Java Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding in Data Structures and Algorithms.
- APIDriven Development Solid experience in RESTful and Microservices development.
- Experience of working in ORM frameworks like Entity Hibernate Dapper.
Experience with Java Reactive Programming.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship
Design and develop highquality scalable and maintainable Javabased applications
Collaborate with project managers business analysts and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and trends and implement them in projects when applicable
Provide technical support and guidance to team members
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development
Proven experience in leading a team of developers
Strong knowledge of Java J2EE and related technologies
Experience with Spring Framework Hibernate and other Java frameworks
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Experience with project management and delivery is a plus
