Position Overview:
The Litigation Paralegal will provide critical support to attorneys in all phases of litigation from case initiation to trial preparation. The ideal candidate is detailoriented highly organized and experienced in handling complex litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation including case management document drafting and trial preparation.

Conduct legal research and compile caserelated information.

Draft pleadings motions discovery requests and correspondence.

Manage case files organize evidence and maintain document databases.

Coordinate with clients experts and witnesses to gather necessary information.

Assist in preparing deposition summaries and trial exhibits.

File court documents electronically and ensure compliance with deadlines.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting.

Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rules.

Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

Excellent writing communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
