We are seeking a skilled Basket Weaver to join our team. As a Basket Weaver you will be responsible for creating highquality intricate baskets using traditional weaving techniques. Your attention to detail and artistic flair will be essential in producing beautiful functional pieces that showcase our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertly weave a variety of basket styles including round oval square and more using natural materials such as reeds grasses and vines
• Develop and refine weaving patterns and designs to create unique visually appealing baskets
• Ensure all baskets meet strict quality standards for durability symmetry and overall craftsmanship
• Collaborate with the design team to translate their concepts into functional wellcrafted baskets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your basket weaving skills and techniques

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Basket Weaver with a strong portfolio of past work
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail with the ability to work with small intricate materials
• Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of basket weaving techniques including coiling twining and plaiting
• Keen eye for design and an understanding of color texture and balance in basket composition
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Passion for the art of basket weaving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
