Your Opportunity
This fulltime role is about making an impact on peoples lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Principal I&C Solution Architect in burg VA (remote work will also be considered) you will be part of the proven team in the I&C Sales North America Business Line in the Instrumentation & Control Business Unit. You will lead the technical team in the development of strategic business development targets and works collaboratively with the commercial team and multidisciplinary technical teams to develop the solution architecture value proposition and other technical proposal inputs. The Principal I&C Solution Architect reports to the Director North America Sales. Your work will include:
- Provides strategic technical leadership to the team in support of implementing commercial and product line objectives.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for products and services within the companys target markets.
- Manages technical project work collaborating with the strategy product managers sales and marketing to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Compiles market requirements for current and future solutions/products based on realistic scenarios and results of market analyses supported by visits and interviews with customers and noncustomers.
- Collaborates to develop conceptual scope of work and system architecture for digital modernization of legacy systems.
- Develops solution positioning market messaging and value proposition for the introduction of new product lines.

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $130000 $176000 and may also include annual incentives performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
