Job Description
We are looking for an analytical actionoriented and collaborative individual that can translate business problems to actionable insights and data driven solutions to influence customer & supplier experience. Successful individuals in this role excel at both qualitative and quantitative analysis while also being eager to communicate upward and outward to tell a concise story.
What Youll Do
- Own endtoend analyses from Google Bigquery to actiondriving reporting (e.g. Looker/Data Studio)
- Drive relationships and collaboration with crossfunctional teams (e.g. Product and Engineering)
- Contribute to the development of tools and processes to make our team more efficient
- Manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment with effective communication and thorough follow through
- Drive impactful results on key projects such as Search accuracy of product data filters
What Youll Need
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field
- Experience in writing complex database queries (ideally Google Bigquery) and using data visualization tools such as Gsheets/Excel Data Studio Looker Tableau or PowerBI
- Knowledge in writing code (Python R) and/or experience using GenAI tools is a plus
- Excellent communication both written and verbally
- Teamfirst attitude with enthusiasm for crossfunctional collaboration
- An entrepreneurial spirit and mindset
