Job Description

We are looking for an exceptionalSenior Financial Analystwho can join our highly functioning team. This is a finance business role supporting the Power Solutions BU of MKS Instruments. Expect to work closely with the finance and accounting team the leadership of the division and other leaders and decision makers. The financial planning input you provide will allow the organization to have the resources planning and necessary to delivered sustainable and profitable growth for years to come. The role will perform the following key tasks:
- Contribute to the analytical process to drive impactful business decisions based on key performance indicators
- Partner with crossfunctional business teams at various sites to manage functional spending reviews and profit and cash recovery initiatives
- Advise management on key financial drivers including but not limited to operational drivers expense management operational headcount efficiency metrics and profit and cash recovery opportunities.
- Help to implement pacing mechanisms with functional leaders for revenues margins inventory capital expenditures and headcounts within a mixed system landscape
- Key involvement in the plan of record (POR) and forecasting process
- Provide business intelligence on business unit performance opportunities and challenges
- Contribute to deep dive and complex analysis to understand variances to budget prior quarters and prior years (bridges)
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of reporting
- Perform or lead special projects and adhoc financial reporting as required
- Establish credibility and act as a trusted business partner for functional lead
What will you bring to the team along with an aptitude for learning and growing is:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA and/or CPA a plus.
- 4 years of relevant experience in a finance role with handson experience in providing financial analysis to drive key business decisions within the context of a matrix organization and/or corporate environment
- Systems experience including but not limited to: SAP/Oracle Hyperion HFM MS Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau)
- Ability to work effectively with global and remote team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interpret and summarize financial analysis results in a clear concise accurate manner
- Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge solid and positive professional relationships with peers and upper management
- Previous experience developing and implementing reporting processes preferred
- Selfmotivated; bias for action
- Desire to formulate and drive process improvements with confidence to challenge the status quo
- Ability to multitask prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
- High level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done
- Demonstrates and drives the MKS guiding principles
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

Salary Pay Range:$10000..00 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position based on a wide range of factors including qualifications experience and training operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.

Bonus:This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in an amount to be determined by MKS or as applicable.
