Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Position: Key Account Manager

Ref: 4975

Location: PE/Gqeberha

Salary: R32000 to R35000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience commission

Qualifications / Requirements:

Willing to travel to East London and the Garden Route

Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle

Experience with:

Proven ability to upsell and increase customer engagement

Proficiency in MS Excel

Professional demeanour and a customercentric approach

Gogetter attitude: proactive and selfmotivated

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

Excellent time management skills: able to prioritize and meet deadlines while managing customer expectations

Key Performance Areas:

Build and nurture relationships with existing customers

Regularly visit customer sites to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling

Actively upsell additional products based on customer needs

Drive the sales of imported goods

Analyse and extract data from Excel to track sales and customer trends

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Handle all basic computerrelated tasks efficiently including email correspondence

Travel to East London and the Garden Route for one night every six weeks as part of a 12 week cycle
