Job Description
A specialist international design company in Centurion is recruiting for a Quality Assurance Technician. Diploma / Technical Qualification Mechanical/ Electronic or Quality. 5 years of experience within a manufacturing/electronic assembly environment and 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance and Control environment
Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements:
- Diploma / Technical Qualification Mechanical or Electronic or Quality.
- 5 years of experience within a manufacturing/electronic assembly environment and 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance and Control environment
- Advantageous: BTech in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. Certifications to: IPCA610 IPC JSTD001 IPC/HWMAA620
- Exposure to ISO 9001 (IATF16949/AS 9100 beneficial) ISO 14000
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs
- Handson experience with various measuring equipment
- Experience with Assembly techniques.
- Good understanding of fault analysis and corrective actions implementation.
- Ability to Walk and stand for up to 8 hours periods
- Occasionally lift/carry up to 20
