Job Description
Position title will commensurate with experience
WESTMAN COMMUNICATIONS GROUP(Westman) is seeking applications from energetic highly motivated individuals to become part of our growing team!

What youll do:
- Deliver positive customer experiences by following best practices for customer service and effectively communicating/escalating.
- Complete residential and commercial installations of broadband equipment and services.
- Analyze and find solutions for emergency repair situations.
- Repair or replace faulty drop cables.
- Replace faulty broadband electronics coaxial and fibre optic cables.
- Complete maintenance and repair tasks using advanced test equipment.
- Perform all work in accordance with quality control guidelines and company policies and procedures.
What youll bring to the team:
- Minimum Grade 12 education.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience is required.
- Experience and/or post secondary education in electronics/electrical wiring Telecommunications or a related field is considered an asset.
- Must hold and maintain a valid drivers license.
- Must have no fear of heights (ladder work) and be able to carry 75 lbs.
- Must be able and willing to be oncall for emergency services as needed.
