Financial Analyst 6Month Contract ASX Listed Mining Services Company
Location: Northern Suburbs Perth
Rate: $55$60ph
Start Date: April 2025
PSG are representing an ASX listed mining services company north of the River. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a dynamic team on a 6month contract. This role is focused on supporting financial analysis performance reporting budgeting and forecasting across a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decisionmaking across various business functions.
- Contribute to monthly performance reporting including variance analysis and boardlevel reporting.
- Support governance activities related to capital investment policies and financial planning.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams and corporate stakeholders to monitor financial performance and optimise planning processes.
- Assist in treasury analysis including monitoring FX exposures and working capital management.
- Work with internal systems such asBI and ERP platforms to enhance financial reporting capabilities.
What Were Looking For:
Degreequalified in Accounting Finance or a related field
CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years experience in a global or multinational organisation
Strong skills in budgeting forecasting and financial planning
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong communication and business partnering skills
Desirable:
- Experience withfinancial planning systems
- Exposure to treasury analysis and FX management
