Job Description

This role isa great opportunityin our Mental Health Residential Program inRandolph. In this program adults with mental illness share a home in the community. Our residential staff supports them to reach their goals by teaching them daily living skills to move them toward independenceassistin management of their psychiatric symptoms ensure their physical health and improve their quality of life!

LocatedinRandolph MA

Hourly rate:$19.50

Full Time Schedule Available:

  • SunThurs 4 days of 7am3pmor 8am4pm; plus 1 late day (Tues or Thurs) 10am6pmflexible40 hours)

  • Sun Mon Thurs 9am5pm; Tues &Wed12pm8pm40 hours)

  • Sun Thurs (Sun Mon Tues 9am 5pm) Wed and Thurs 11am 7pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for client caseload

  • Develop implement andmonitortreatment plans

  • Oversee medication management

  • Fiscal management of funds

  • Primary liaison for service providers family and guardians

  • Use of an electronic health record system for client notes
